17 janvier After a looong search...I finally got a pair of new running shoes. I have been meaning to get them since last year already and finally I have it! yay~ Happyyy..... Its a colour that I won't usually buy but yeah, decided to have a change. hee. Oh yeah, found out too that my room mate won't be going kayaking with me. Sigh. Shouldn't have let my hopes run too high. Sigh. I shall just get off before I start ranting. 14 janvier An observation....Tee hee hee....
Just chatting with Mun and realised that "Buncho" is a very cute word! ahhhhH!!!! SooOOOOoo cute! hahha
Buncho
Buncho

Buncho
I must be going nuts. heh. *grins* Oh, I just baked oatmeal and raisin cookies. hehe. Forgot to put the flour in and it was already in the oven baking when I realised. hehe. Then my mom grabbed them all out, scooped them in a bowl and mixed the flour in before putting it back in the oven to bake. Yay!!!! SuperMom!!!!!! *superman music plays* hee. Turned out not bad actually...........
WHhheEEEEEEEEeeee........ Lectures....Oh boyI went for the mandatory lecture everyone has to undergo before they are allowed to take their driving test today and boy, was it torture!!! Sitting there in that room for 5 hours is no joke! Basically, I did a lot of 'fishing' and stoning (or rocking or pebbling...hehe *grins*) throughout the entire thing. I mean, my gosh, the guy can actually talk about the steering wheel for more than 5 minutes!!! Hello??!!! It's just a steering wheel? And I believe it's quite obvious to everyone that you use it to STEER the car which is why it was named a STEERING wheel in the first place. The way this guy explained things to us, you'd think that we weren't a bunch of people aged 17 years and older. Oh man...*wipes sweat off forehead* Plus, his English is quite lousy. Indicators became inductors and gauges became guides. hehe. Many times I felt like correcting him or even laugh but what's the fun in it when there's no one to laugh with you? The rest of the ENTIRE class just paid rapt attention to him (or at least that's what I thought they were doing hehe). Maybe the huge lowdown was that- I was alone. Thankfully I brought my headset with me so I had my beloved radio for company during the breaks. *grins* Anyway, after one whole day of sitting around waiting (I reached there darn early and was the last to leave....can't be bothered to elaborate heh) I'm truly thankful it's over. I mean, at least this part is over. Apparently I have to go for some I-have-no-idea-what-it-is nonsense. Hopefully my brother would be there too and at least I'll have a partner in crime...hehhehe. *chuckles to self*
Seriously, I don't see why they should 'kurungkan' people in the room even though the lecture is way and well over just to satisfy the 5 hours requirement. As if we are going to learn anything from sitting in that enclosed area....*bleah* Oh sure, learn patience la, learn how to wait la but I don't see the drivers on the road being any more patient. *sticks out tongue* Furthermore, to satisfy this s-t-u-p-i-d requirement of JPJ's, the lecturer speaks reeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllyyyyyyy slowly just so to drag the lecture even longer. Plus he starts talking about nonsensical stuff which has no relation whatsoever to the topic of discussion. It is like a total WASTE of everyone's time la. May as well give the lecture well while people are still paying attention rather than dragging it just to make it longer and in the process, send everyone in the classroom off to lala-land. Seriously.........*shakes head*
lalala
And now, I have nothing to do for the rest of the day. Feel like baking but kinda used up a lot of ingredients the last time and thus I have nothing much left since I haven't had the time to go out shopping since I came back. hee. Shall go out and buy stuff SOON!!!!!!!!! Especially some rolled oats and raisins...hehe... hmmmm.... sounds yummy before I even start baking! haha *beams*
Anyway, I shall now go off to join my sister watching television since I have nothing else to do. See what have I turned into?????? Sigh.....
hehe 13 janvier Home sweet home...I went to Singapore to have fun and fun I did have.
Boy was it fun! hehe. 2 days of windsurfing (or in other words, bobbing around on the water trying not to fall hehe) and 5 days of going out, slacking and just enjoying myself. Ahhhhhh.... Mun's birthday didn't really turned out as planned but it was rockin' nonetheless. hehe. Shing and Chii came over and the four of us slept in the same room!!!!! Actually all four were on the bed when I remembered the sleeping bag hidden in the cupboard and thus Mun and I shifted to the harder regions of the room namely the floor. hehe. *grins* It was nice in a nice way. The darned sky just had to rain (as usual) but..Woot~ It was fun. Fun fun fun. Fun in the...rain?? heh.
Its quite surprising that the teeny-weeny island of Singapore doesn't flood with the never ending rains and all. I mean, the rains are RAINS and not just mere drizzles la. OKayy, it does drizzle but it RAINS too! *bleah* Horrible Singaporean weather. Dahlah its unpredictable, it must rain continuously! Cuckoo! (to quote Felicia haha) *chuckles to self*
Anyway, I'm currently creating a backup for all the photos that I took last year. If anyones knows me well enough, I do not like to delete photos and thus its quite obvious that I have a LOT of photos and a LOT I have. hehe. I'm currently burning disc number 6 and there's plenty more. hee. *grins* Shall aim to take more this year. But hor....I won't be doing much at home le. What to take? My house? My pinky? haha.
Lalala
Nothing much to say la. 'Cept that I thoroughly enjoyed meself!!!!!!!! WHEeeEEEEEEeee!!!!
Oh one more thing, I might be able to go kayaking after all!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! ~ 9 janvier After 2 days of windsurfingMy whole body is aching.
Sigh
This shows how unfit I am. hahaha. I should seriously start exercising at home or else I'll just become a bum like everyone else who is slacking. hahaha. Oh well, despite the rain (it has been raining non stop!) the windsurfing course was fun. hehe. Fell into the salt water many times but climbed back up onto the board almost straightaway. I wish I had pics of it but yeah, I didn't take any since I was wet and all plus it was raining. heh. The weather for the past few days have been HORRIBLE!!! It rained like nonstop. As if the sky can't run out of rain like that. Anyway, the most irritating thing is that, the sun came out TODAY!!!! Haihz. Its chau bright and D-R-Y la! Haiyo. I can't stand Singapore's weird cuckoo weather. *bleah* Met some people during the course and it was quite funny because on the first day, the girls (namely moi and another girl) were sailing up and down while the guys were close to shore trying to get their sails up. hahahaha. They kept tumbling into the water la. It was quite funny especially when Jon saw me drifting over and he was tumbling into the water, he exclaimed loudly that he would master it by the day. hahahaha. Well, he did master it by the end of the course. The next day we had more wind (and rain!!!) but the waters were very choppy. Long after my stint in the water, I still could feel myself rocking up and down. Felt quite sick. I met Shing, Chii, Huong and Mun after the course and we went to eat Seoul Garden!!! Yum Yum.... It was nice to see them again and crap. hahah. I had lotsa funnnnnnnnn........
Then at night it was back to banner painting. hehe. Actually if you keep your mind thinking of something, banner painting isn't THAT bad. haha. (mun soooo won't agree with me as she hates it...hehe) Anyway, the only thing about it is that you have to bend down and the back hurts after awhile. Oh well....what are friends for right? We have finished the two small banners and now there's the big one. hehhee.
Haven't decided when to go home yet. Still haven't met Mong to collect Eunice's shirt....oOOOOoooO!!! My bro is down in Singapore today!!! !hahahah. I am going to meet him for lunch later today at Plaza Singapura. Yay!!! The Indon chicken thingy is soooooooooOOoOOoooOo nice!!! haha. I have already eaten it twice since I came. hahaha. Oh I have to hit the shops to look for Mun's present also....heh....
K la, I shall go get ready to go out......................*grins in happiness*
Btw, I can officially windsurf....wheeEEEeeEEEee 2 janvier 2006 here I come!So its a new year. Big deal. It's always the same: countdowns, resolutions, fresh starts blah blah blah. This year was kinda different as I spent new years in Genting with my sec school friends. The whole 'countdown' scene at Genting was erm...how do I put it? Okay la but not really my cup of tea. To me, new years is not REALLY such a big deal but yeah, its just another excuse to go out and have fun so I'm not complaining. hahhaaha. *grins* Had a great time catching up with them/playing cards (I'm sure we're all pros at 'Dai Di' and Gin Rummy by now..hahaha)/eating ice cream/hugs/waving to random people on the street etcetcetc. It was fun especially when we played 'Truth or Truth'. hehe. We shared stories and stuff and I felt kinda good to be with them again. heez.
WHeeEeeeeeeee
Went out with Mun today to watch Cheaper by the dozen 2. hehe. Was quite funny. I didn't realise how much I've missed her until we met. It was good just walking around aimlessly around KLCC and spending time with each other. I can't wait to go down to Singapore! heez *grins* Can't wait to do something. Can't wait to go windsurfing. Can't wait to have fun. Can't wait to meet up with my friends. Can't wait.......
Oh yeah, since its the new year, I'm supposed to make some resolutions just like anybody else. hahhahaha. I shall NOT succumb to such unnecessary pressure!!!!!!! hahaha. Whatever. The main reason why I don't do these sort of things is that I won't keep to them. I'll probably forgot I said something like that or even if I remembered, I won't really bother. Sigh. I am horrible. Anyway, since Joey forced me to say at least ONE resolution, I told her that I resolved to make sure I decide on a course before I go to Uni. hhahahahah. Like sooooooooo DUh! I just had to say something so I just decided to state the obvious. hahhahah.
Met some girl from my sec school today at the LRT station while waiting for my dad and the thing was I couldn't remember what her name was or who she was. hahahaha. All I know is that she looked familiar. We talked some and she mentioned that I skipped std 4 (Not something everyone remembers. hehe). So she remembers who I am. I was quite paiseh and dissapointed with myself because I don't seem to remember people. Lately I've been bumping into quite a number of people who remember who I am when I don't remember who they are. It's quite embarrasing sometimes because they take one glance at my blank look and start asking me whether I remember who they are. There was once where I actually said 'NO' hahahaha. I am terrible. Sighs. It's not my fault that I suffer from selective memory and can't remember.......oh whatever la...... |
